šø Children Ages 6-12 Years Old
We are faced with daily decisions and challenges, and God calls us to use wisdom to determine what's best. It's not always easy to understand what God would have us do, but wisdom guides us to follow Him. This lesson describes Biblical wisdom for children using practical examples from life as well as Scripture. We can pray and trust that God will grant us His wisdom in all things.
God wants us to act as wise and not foolish people. However, He gives us the tools to do so, if only we ask. True wisdom comes from recognizing that all we have comes from the Lord, and that who we are is found in Christ. We are not wise on our own power or from reading a lot of books or having higher educational degrees than others. Wisdom means genuine understanding and discernment. It comes from above. We can be wise because Jesus lives in us. He promises His presence, and when we read Godās word and pray, we can discern wise choices for our lives.
